    • Store Credit / Vouchers issued by TORINO

    TORINO may add or remove payment methods at any time.

    2. Payment Authorization

    For online payments:

    • Your card or payment method will be authorized at checkout.
    • The order will be processed only after successful authorization.
    • If authorization fails, the order will not be completed.

    TORINO is not responsible for delays caused by bank or payment gateway issues.

    3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

    COD is available for eligible orders and locations. TORINO reserves the right to:

    • Limit COD availability
    • Cancel COD orders suspected of misuse
    • Request additional verification before accepting COD orders

    Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit vouchers only.

    4. Pricing & Currency

    • All prices on the TORINO Website are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
    • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
    • TORINO reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

    If a pricing error occurs, TORINO may cancel the order and notify the customer.

    5. Failed or Rejected Payments

    Your order may be cancelled if:

    • Fraud is suspected
    • Incorrect billing information is provided
    • The bank or payment gateway rejects the transaction

    TORINO may request additional verification to protect against fraud.

    6. Refunds

    • Online payment refunds are returned to the original payment method.
    • COD refunds are issued as store credit vouchers.
    • Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank (typically 5–14 business days).

    TORINO is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

    7. Store Credit & Vouchers

    Store credit or vouchers:

    • Are valid for one-time use unless stated otherwise
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Must be used before the expiration date
    • Are non-transferable

    8. Payment Security

    TORINO uses secure, encrypted payment gateways compliant with:

    • Saudi e-commerce regulations
    • PCI-DSS security standards

    TORINO does not store full credit card details on its servers.

    9. Billing Information

    You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. TORINO is not liable for:

    • Delays caused by incorrect billing details
    • Failed transactions due to bank restrictions
